Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when a payment made directly to an official Lenin Coin payment channel may be eligible for review, when a refund is generally unavailable and how irreversible blockchain transactions affect refund requests.

Effective date: July 20, 2026 Version: 1.0 Contact: [email protected]
Important blockchain notice

A confirmed cryptocurrency transaction normally cannot be cancelled or reversed through the blockchain. A refund can occur only if the recipient has control of sufficient assets and separately authorizes a return transaction.

1. Scope of this Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies only to payments received directly through an official payment method or wallet address expressly published and controlled for a Lenin Coin product, service, event, contribution program or other approved purpose.

It does not apply to token trades, wallet transfers, exchange transactions, liquidity pools, decentralized protocols or purchases made through independent third parties unless Lenin Coin is legally responsible for the specific transaction.

2. Current Website and Payment Status

The Lenin Coin website currently presents a developing digital-asset and collective-governance framework. This Policy does not announce an active token sale, paid subscription, digital store, merchandise program or guaranteed contribution campaign.

Do not send funds to any wallet, person or payment page unless the payment purpose, recipient and applicable terms are published through verified project-controlled sources.

No implied sale

A roadmap, tokenomics page, treasury framework or community page does not by itself create a purchase opportunity, invoice, allocation right or payment request.

3. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy excludes, limits or replaces consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Where mandatory law grants a cancellation, withdrawal, refund, repair, replacement or other remedy, that law will prevail over conflicting language in this Policy.

Consumer rights may depend on your location, the type of product or service, when performance began, whether digital content was supplied immediately and whether valid consent or acknowledgment was obtained.

You should seek independent advice where you believe a statutory right applies.

4. Blockchain Transactions Are Normally Irreversible

Public blockchain networks commonly process transfers without a central chargeback mechanism. After a transaction is confirmed:

  • the sender generally cannot cancel it;
  • the network cannot be instructed to reverse it;
  • Lenin Coin may be unable to recover assets sent to an incorrect address or network;
  • a return requires a separate blockchain transaction;
  • network fees and asset-value changes may affect the amount returned.
Always verify the network, destination address, asset, amount and transaction permissions before signing or submitting a transfer.

5. Token Purchases, Trades and Transfers

Token purchases or trades completed through a decentralized exchange, centralized exchange, liquidity pool, private wallet or other third-party market are not refundable by the Lenin Coin website.

Market losses, price changes, slippage, gas fees, bridge fees, liquidity limitations and unsuccessful trading outcomes do not create a right to reimbursement.

Where a future official token distribution or sale is introduced, separate transaction-specific terms may apply and will control over this general Policy where they conflict.

No website statement guarantees a token allocation, claim, listing, market price or refund.

6. Voluntary Contributions and Donations

A voluntary contribution, donation or community-support payment is generally final once accepted, particularly after funds have been transferred, committed, converted or used for the stated purpose.

A refund request may still be reviewed where:

  • the payment was duplicated because of a technical error;
  • the wrong amount was sent and the excess remains identifiable;
  • the payment was received after an official campaign had been cancelled;
  • a refund is required by applicable law;
  • Lenin Coin expressly agreed in writing to a refund condition.

Review does not guarantee approval. Contributions should not be made with funds required for essential expenses.

7. Digital Services, Content and Event Access

If paid digital content, access, events or services are introduced, the applicable checkout page or service agreement should state:

  • the price and payment method;
  • the service or content supplied;
  • the delivery or access date;
  • the applicable cancellation period;
  • any lawful exception to withdrawal rights;
  • the process for reporting non-delivery or material defects.

Refund eligibility may be limited after digital content has been supplied or a service has begun where the user requested immediate performance and applicable law permits the limitation.

A service-specific policy or written order term will control where it grants more favorable rights.

8. Third-Party Payment Providers and Marketplaces

Payments made through an exchange, wallet provider, marketplace, payment processor, app store, event platform or other third party are also governed by that provider’s terms.

Refund requests for transactions collected and controlled by a third party should normally be directed to that provider first.

Lenin Coin is not responsible for third-party processing delays, account restrictions, exchange-rate calculations, chargeback decisions or service fees.

9. Requests That May Be Eligible for Review

Subject to verification, available funds, applicable law and the specific payment terms, a request may be reviewed where:

  • Lenin Coin received a duplicate payment;
  • Lenin Coin charged an incorrect amount through a controlled payment system;
  • a paid service was cancelled by Lenin Coin before delivery;
  • the purchased service or digital content was not supplied;
  • a documented technical error directed funds to the wrong official payment record;
  • a mandatory consumer remedy applies;
  • a written agreement expressly provides for a refund.

A request may be denied where the evidence is insufficient, the payment cannot be located, the funds were not received by an official account or the requested remedy is not legally or technically available.

10. Items Generally Not Eligible for Refund

Unless required by law or expressly agreed otherwise, refunds are generally unavailable for:

  • market losses or changes in token value;
  • completed trades or swaps;
  • gas, validator, bridge or exchange fees;
  • assets sent to an incorrect address, token contract or blockchain network;
  • transactions made through fraudulent or unofficial websites;
  • losses caused by compromised wallets, private keys or devices;
  • voluntary contributions already used or committed;
  • third-party products or services not controlled by Lenin Coin;
  • dissatisfaction with a governance vote, proposal or market outcome;
  • failure to understand a transaction that was accurately described.

11. How to Request a Refund Review

Send a request to [email protected] as soon as reasonably possible after identifying the issue.

Include:

  1. your name and contact email;
  2. the payment date and amount;
  3. the asset, currency and payment method;
  4. the transaction hash, receipt or payment reference;
  5. the sending wallet address where relevant;
  6. the official product, service or campaign involved;
  7. a clear explanation of the requested remedy;
  8. supporting screenshots or documents that do not expose sensitive credentials.

Do not send a seed phrase, private key, wallet password, one-time authentication code or full payment-card number.

12. Verification, Security and Compliance Review

Before processing a refund, Lenin Coin may request reasonable evidence to:

  • confirm that the payment was received by an official account;
  • verify the requester’s connection to the original payment;
  • prevent duplicate refunds and fraud;
  • comply with legal, accounting, sanctions or anti-money-laundering obligations;
  • confirm that the destination for the return is safe and appropriate.

A refund may be paused or refused where processing would be unlawful, expose users to fraud, create a sanctions risk or require sending funds to an unverified third party.

13. Refund Method

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be sent using the original payment method or, for cryptocurrency, to the verified originating wallet address where practical and legally appropriate.

An alternative destination may be considered only where the original method is unavailable and sufficient verification is completed.

A blockchain refund is a new transaction and does not reverse or erase the original transfer.

Lenin Coin will not ask for a private key or seed phrase to process a refund.

14. Network Fees, Processing Costs and Exchange Rates

Where permitted by law and the applicable transaction terms, unavoidable network, payment-processing, conversion or administrative costs may be deducted from a discretionary refund.

Fees should not be deducted where the refund is required because Lenin Coin charged an incorrect amount or failed to provide a legally required remedy, except where applicable law permits otherwise.

For cryptocurrency refunds, the returned quantity or fiat-equivalent value may be affected by:

  • market-price changes;
  • the asset used for the original payment;
  • the time at which conversion occurred;
  • network fees;
  • the applicable written payment terms.

No refund creates a right to recover lost market gains or speculative profit.

15. Review and Processing Time

Requests will be reviewed within a reasonable period based on the information available, payment method, technical verification, fraud risk and legal requirements.

Additional time may be required where:

  • transaction ownership is unclear;
  • a third-party processor must be contacted;
  • compliance or security checks are required;
  • the blockchain network is congested;
  • the request involves multiple transactions or jurisdictions.

An acknowledgment or investigation does not mean that a refund has been approved.

16. Unauthorized Payments, Scams and Recovery Fraud

If you believe a payment was unauthorized, contact your wallet provider, exchange, bank or payment processor immediately and follow their security procedures.

A report to Lenin Coin does not guarantee that a blockchain transaction can be frozen, reversed or recovered.

Beware of anyone who promises to recover cryptocurrency in exchange for an advance fee, seed phrase, private key or additional wallet payment.

Suspected impersonation involving the Lenin Coin name may be reported to [email protected].

17. Changes to this Refund Policy

This Policy may be updated when Lenin Coin introduces a paid service, product, token distribution, event, contribution program, payment processor or other transaction type.

The terms displayed at the time of a transaction, together with mandatory law, will determine the applicable refund rights.

The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest published version of this general Policy.
